First Reconciliation and First Eucharist Registration Form

The St Pius X parish community is looking forward to supporting your child in prayer as they prepare to receive the sacraments and celebrating this time of God’s grace with your child and your family.

Please fill out the form to register your child for BOTH First Reconciliation and First Eucharist. You can pay the $50 fee via cheque made out to: “St. Pius X Parish” or through an Interac transfer.
